Participated in design and deployment of energy metering equipment in various buildings. The scope of the project included capturing Electric building Consumption including base building, chillers, gas and potable water.

Design Build and programing of 54 electric sub meters in 3 Multi meter unit cabinets for tenant electrical consumption and cost recovery
Seaport Hotel
Worked with the building team to evaluate, develop a new electrical sub metering system to replace the legacy equipment. Provided technical and factory support for the smooth cut over from the old metering to the new system.

We were invited to help with the design of a required M&V metering system. That both communicated to the buildings EMS/BMS system and stand alone billing platform.
